Thanks all around for the great show last night. Thanks to Ash Street for doing such a fine job hosting this shindig. We were quite flattered to arrive at the club and find it 'tatered with Misfats flyers. Thanks to the bands, especially to 1234 for making the drive from Seattle. Extra mondo special thanks go to the people who came out to the event - especially the My Space people. You guys rocked.

Thanks to all at Bob's Java Jive, and to most of the bands we played with. We had a great time. Thanks to Contra, The Wobblies, and the first all-ages band on the bill, whose name eludes us at the moment.
Thanks to the bands at the 21 and over bill - Blue Hair Dave was awesome, and Stay Tuned were fucking incredible. You MUST see this band.
Finally, we are the featured act in the "Weird Band Alert" feature of this month's Blender magazine. Snoop Dogg is on the cover. Go to your favorite newsstand and buy it - NOW!

Thanks again, Seattle. What you lacked in numbers, you made up for in energy. Once again, we had a great time up there. The club was cool, the other bands were awesome, and the bar was stocked with a full roster of high-calorie, high-carb beer. It was fantastic.
Our next trip up north is next month. We'll be playing at the Java Jive in Tacoma on December 18th. There will be two shows - an early show for the all-ages crowd, and an evening show for the boozehounds.
See you then!

Pics from the Twilight show are up. Remember - we're coming up to Seattle this weekend!

Back in June, we had to cancel the "Who Killed Colonel Sanders?" Washington mini-tour. Well, we're making up half of it in December. We'll be playing two sets at the Java Jive in Tacoma on Saturday, December 18. The early set will be all-ages, and the late set will be 21 and over. We won't be hitting Olympia that weekend, but, c'mon, Tacoma is what, 25 miles? If we can drive up there so can you!
This is only the second all-ages show we have ever done (no beer and no tv makes misfats go something something), so don't miss it!

A snippet in Willamette Week about Fridays show:
"We Got the Meat, The Romanes, The Misfats
Halloween always brings out the tribute bands, but before you sigh at another set of cover songs, consider this: tonight, all your favorite Go-Go's tunes performed by the hairy, makeup-wearing, wig-donning guys in We Got the Meat. And to warm you up, the Misfats, the "World's Fattest Misfits Cover Band!" They're fat and they're proud--they've even revamped the tunes to fit their super-fat lifestyle. Is "20 Eyes" one of your favorites? Well, you'll be hearing "20 Pies," and you'll like it. (AM) [COMIC TRIBUTES]
Twilight Cafe, 1420 SE Powell Blvd., 236-7668. 9:30 pm. 21+."
Foil sez: We ain't warmin' up nobody. We're headlining this biatch. If anybody's warmin' up anybody, it's those Jane Wiedlen sounding sissy boys.
